Centrepay
Centrepay is a free direct bill paying service available to customers who receive a Centrelink payment. The Centrepay payment facility may be used to pay your council rates.
Important Update: Direct Debit Deductions No Longer in Use for New Payments
Council wishes to advise that Direct Debit Deductions are no longer being used as a payment option for new rate payments.
However, please note that existing Direct Debit arrangements will still be honoured until such time as Council begins to phase them out. Affected ratepayers will be contacted directly when this process begins.
In the meantime, if you wish to make regular payments or manage an agreed Payment Arrangement, you can now do so using BPAY through your internet or mobile banking service.
BPAY offers a convenient and flexible way to:
* Schedule regular payments at a time and frequency that suits you
* Maintain control over your payment schedule
* Manage payments in line with agreed arrangements
