Port Augusta City Council has recently reviewed its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) and is seeking feedback from members of the community in relation to the plan.

Council’s Director for Corporate and Community Services Ms Anne O’Reilly stated “People living with disability should be able to access and participate in all aspects of our society, including using mainstream services and programs. Social inclusion is fundamental to a person’s quality of life and critical to achieving positive life outcomes across all areas”.

Council are seeking people in the community who have lived experience to be part of a Disability Reference Group to assist with core development activities, decision making, events and projects.
