Proposed Revocation of Community Land Status
Council at its meeting held on 16 July 2024, resolved that a Public Consultation and Engagement process be undertaken to seek community endorsement for the revocation of ‘community land’ classification on the following parcel:
- Section 292, CT 5492/722, formerly known as Old Pony Club Land
A copy of the community consultation report is available from the Civic Centre and Public Library or alternatively below:
Written submissions in relation proposed revocation of community land should be forwarded to Director City Services, PO Box 1704, Port Augusta SA 5700, or forwarded electronically via email to admin@portaugusta.sa.gov.au and must be received before 4:00pm on Friday 30 August 2024.
Please note that details of submissions will be included in a report within Council’s public agenda and copies of all submissions will be provided to Elected Members for perusal.
