Revocation of Community Land Status
Council at its meeting held 10 October 2023, resolved that a Public Consultation and Engagement process be undertaken to seek community endorsement for the revocation of ‘community land’ classification on the following parcels:
- Section 187 CT 5189/561, Section 194 CT 5189/560, Section 196 CT 5189/290 and Section 199 CT 5189/562, identified as undeveloped community land situated within Bird Lake.
- CT 6100/44 closed section of unmade public road between two parcels of private land owned by the Port Augusta Gun Club.
