Port Augusta City Council is seeking community feedback on the draft Port Augusta Sport & Recreation Facilities Masterplan.

Port Augusta City Council recognises the importance of sport and active recreation in the community, and wants to plan for current and future infrastructure needs in a strategic and considered manner. As a part of this, it is undertaking a review of its sport & recreation facilities master plan developed in 2011, to produce an updated masterplan for Port Augusta.

The draft was developed by One Eighty Sport & Leisure Solutions in consultation with key stakeholders and Council, through both physical workshops and an online survey.

Council is seeking feedback from members of the community and community groups on the masterplan. Community consultation survey forms are available from the Civic Centre at 4 Mackay Street (foyer), Central Oval on Augusta Terrace, online via Council’s website, or you can phone 8641 9100 to have a survey sent to you.

Consultation commences January 24th 2022 and closes February 25th 2022.
