CBD Safety Audit
Port Augusta City Council is conducting a comprehensive CBD Safety Audit and needs your input! The audit aims to create a safer, more welcoming CBD in collaboration with SA Police and the Department of Human Services.
The first stage involves gathering feedback from the community through a resident survey, open until 7 February 2025. Your input will help shape the CBD master plan, guide safety improvements in streets and parks, and foster stronger partnerships between businesses, residents, and government agencies.
The audit focuses on public spaces within the CBD and does not include private buildings or shopfronts. Residential areas may be reviewed in future audits later this year, pending funding.
