Public Consultation - Proposed Revocation of Community Land Status
Council at its meeting held 13 October 2026, resolved that a Community Engagement process be undertaken to seek community endorsement for the revocation of ‘community land’ classification on the following parcels:
- Allotment 390 Davies Crescent, Port Augusta West, CT 5632/637
- Allotment 503 Davies Crescent, Port Augusta West, CT 5553/385
A copy of the reports on the Revocation of Community Land Status is available from the Civic Centre and Public Library or can be downloaded below.
Written submissions in relation to the proposed revocation of community land status should be forwarded to Director City Services, PO Box 1704, Port Augusta SA 5700, or forwarded via email to admin@portaugusta.sa.gov.au and must be received before 4:00pm on Friday 20 November 2026.
Please note that details of submissions will be included in a report within Council’s public agenda and copies of all submissions will be provided to Elected Members for perusal.
