Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP)

Community consultation closed.

People living with disability should be able to access and participate in all aspects of our society, including using mainstream services and programs. Social inclusion is fundamental to a person’s quality of life and critical to achieving positive life outcomes across all areas.

Port Augusta City Council has updated their Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) that supports the State Disability Inclusion Plan and is seeking feedback from the community regarding the updated plan.

Joining our Disability Reference Group

Council is seeking individuals to be part of a Disability Reference Group to assist us with core development activities, decision making, events and projects.

We understand the importance of inclusion and access for everyone, and we would like to be able to call on a diverse range of people who are aware of the needs of people living with disability.
