Commercial Lease - Portion of 25 Old Tarcoola Road
Council at its meeting held on 23 January 2024, resolved that a Public Consultation and Engagement process be undertaken to seek community endorsement for
- The lease of up to 100m2 for the installation of a 40m high telecommunications tower along the boundary of 25 Old Tarcoola Road (within the Port Augusta West Cemetery)
- The issue of a lease for a period of 20 years

Written submissions in relation to the proposed commercial lease should be forwarded to the Director City Services, PO Box 1704, Port Augusta SA 5700, or forwarded electronically via email to admin@portaugusta.sa.gov.au and must be received before 4:00pm on Friday 8 March 2024.
Feedback from the community will be provided to Council for consideration and will be included as part of a public agenda.
