Performer Details Port Augusta City Council is preparing its draft Annual Business Plan and Budget for 2018/2019. Copies of the draft Annual Business Plan will be available for perusal from Wednesday 30th May 2018 at the Civic Centre’s front foyer and on Council’s website under the heading Enquiries, sub-heading Public Consultation. A Community Forum to outline the 2018/2019 draft Annual Business Plan will be held in the Civic Centre, Council Chambers, 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta on Thursday 14th June 2018, commencing at 5:30pm. All welcome. A Special Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th June 2018 in the Council Chambers, from 6pm to hear any submissions on the 2018/2019 Annual Business Plan. All members of the community who wish to address Council at this Special Council Meeting must register their interest with Ms Melanie Jenkins, Executive Assistant on 86419144. Alternatively, written submissions may also be submitted to Council, addressed to Director Corporate & Community Services, Port Augusta City Council, 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta SA 5700 and must be received by 12 noon on Wednesday 20th June 2018. An opportunity also exists on Council’s Website for members of the community to ask questions regarding the Annual Business Plan and have these answered during the consultation period and also to forward electronic submissions. These facilities can also be accessed on Council’s Website as listed above.
