Draft Annual Business Plan & Budget 2020/2021

Community consultation has closed.

Council is now seeking comments from the community in relation to the Draft Plan and Budget. Please fill in the below feedback form if you have any queries or questions.

Hard copies are also available in the foyer at the Civic Centre, 4 Mackay Street, Port Augusta SA 5700.

A Special Council Meeting will be held on 23rd June 2020 in the Council Chambers, from 6pm to hear any public submissions. Anyone who wishes to address Council at this Special Council Meeting must register their interest with Ms Lisa Leonard, Acting Executive Assistant on 8641 9144 by 18th June 2020.

All written/digital submissions must be completed by 5pm on Thursday 18th June 2020. Paper versions can be submitted to Council, addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Port Augusta City Council, 4 Mackay Street (PO Box 1704), Port Augusta SA  5700.

Details of submissions will be included in a report within Council’s public agenda and copies of all submissions will be provided to Elected Members.

Council will consider all submissions at a Special Council Meeting on 23rd June 2020, with a Special Council Meeting currently scheduled for 2nd July 2020 for adoption of the Final Annual Business Plan and Budget.
