Director City Services
Provide quality, high level administrative assistance and support to the Director City Services, and undertake critical governance functions for the organisation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organisation skills with the ability to plan, and coordinate activities in the provision of efficient services.
- A working knowledge of Local, State and Federal Government protocols.
- Ability to prepare agenda and record minutes of meetings.
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of Council’s policies, procedures, functions and organisational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
