2010 Community Survey Results

1. There are 7 areas evaluated to provide information on the communities perception as to how Council performs in these areas. They include:

- Strategic Directions
- Community Consultation
- Council Services
- Quality of Life
- Public Access to Information
- Asset/Infrastructure Management
- Safety & Security

2. Performance has been assessed on a 1 to 10 scale in which 1 means Council performed very poorly and 10 means that Council performed excellently. In relation to performance (or satisfaction) ratings, research indicates that a score of 7 out of 10 is deemed to be 'satisfactory'.
