The focus of the 2017 Symposium is to raise awareness of loneliness and social isolation amongst older people. Examples of good practice and the skill sets required to deliver services that re-connect people with community will be explored.
The day will incorporate informative and positive take-away messages and provide opportunities for involvement in communities of practice.
